"Absolutely amazing historical villa in a fascinating location up on a hill with a great view. Felt like a castle! Nice restaurant close by. Free parking a short walk down. Host couple were super friendly and helpful and always available for help or suggestions and even showed us an extensive miniature train "museum" and set up. Kids loved it. Jacuzzi outside and inside. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms and in a common room. Well equipped kitchen. Not far from the sea or day trips to Florence or Pisa or even Cinque Terre. We loved it!"

Frequently asked questions
Parking is available in the square in front of the historic village of Monte a Pescia. The villa is approximately 50 metres from the parking area and can be reached via a charming village lane with a gentle uphill walk.
Don’t worry—when you arrive, we’ll take care of carrying your luggage directly to the villa’s gate.
In addition to the eight adult beds, we provide a baby cot and a toddler bed with safety rails suitable for children up to 3 years old.
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, available to all guests and complete with everything needed to prepare your own meals.
There is also an excellent restaurant in the village, open every evening except Wednesdays. If you would like recommendations for restaurants in the surrounding area, we will be happy to help.
Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, while check-out is by 10:00 AM.
If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
